You do NOT NEED TO KNOW which market to choose, what to buy, or what your investment plan should look like before speaking with us. That is the purpose of the strategy session.

How the Strategy Session Works

Your session is conducted with Mike Gobbi, a real estate agent and investor with more than 40 years experience.

The conversation is scheduled for 30 minutes and can be held by telephone or Zoom; and spouses and partners are welcome to participate.

We will typically discuss:

  1. Where you are today
  2. What you want your investments to accomplish
  3. Your major questions and concerns
  4. Whether out-of-state investing fits your situation
  5. How Gobbi Wright works with clients
  6. The most appropriate next steps

This is a strategy and fit conversation—not a presentation built around a property we sell.  There is no obligation to purchase or work with Gobbi Wright..

What You Can Gain From the Session

The goal is to help you move from uncertainty toward a practical next step.

During the conversation, we work to clarify:

  • What you want your next investment to be
  • Whether your current market supports those goals
  • Major considerations affecting your decision
  • The type and price range of property that may fit
  • Major risks, constraints, and considerations
  • What your next steps should be

You do not need to arrive with all the answers, developing that clarity is part of the session.

What Happens After the Session?

There are three possible outcomes.

You Decide It Is Not for You – no fee or obligation. Ideally, you leave with a better understanding of your situation and options.

You Need More Time – That is fine. If you are not ready to move forward, there is no reason to do so.

We Decide to Work Together – If our process fits your situation, the next steps include:

  • Formalizing the consulting relationship
  • Refining your investment goals and buy box
  • Matching your buy box to suitable markets
  • Introducing experienced local real estate agents and property managers
  • Evaluating neighborhoods and individual properties the agent
  • Comparing opportunities
  • Making offers when the right property is identified

The objective is not simply to buy a property, it is to help you buy a quality long-term investment that fits your strategy.
