Sacramento Market Update 2022

I spent a large amount of time evaluating the residential market to determine where we are in the current trend as prices seem to be declining and the numbers of buyers as well.

On July 18th we did a zoom on our findings.

Here is what is going on right now in 2022.

To better understand that we reviewed the various inflection points within the market over the last 20 years. These points were 2005 market peak, 2007 market collapse, 2012 market bottom, 2020 market 2nd launch, and 2022 possible market peak.

The conclusion is that the market is showing signs of peaking, but the severity of what happens over the next couple of years will have a great deal to do with what happens at the macro levels: interest rates, FED actions, inflation, etc.
