Chris is the founder and CEO of RentPros Property Management and the current president of “The California Landlord Association”.
Chris served 6 years on the Board of Directors of the local chapter of the California Apartment Association where he also served as chairman of the Government Affairs Committee.
His company manages more than 1,000 local rental properties and is the only management company to be awarded “Property Management Company of the Year” by the Rental Housing Association 5 years in a row.
