We recently held our annual Residential Market Update and it went really well.
Here are some nuggets:
Inflation is going down, the economy is probably going to be stable (except the CA budget deficit wild card – we are a govt. town), folks are still coming out of the Bay Area, sold prices have dropped, inventory is down and so are pending sales.
