There are lots of books in other fields that can benefit our real estate investing.
Here are some of the ones I have found valuable, with comments on how they are relevant.
Book #4: All about risk! Very relatable to decision making and investing. In the video review I divide interesting topics from the book into Rules for life, Benefit Ideas – best practices, and Biases to be aware of.
Book #3: I learned a lot about the structural nature of portfolios; with additional insights on choosing investments. Lots of nuggets.
Book #2: John Burns consulting insightful observations into direction of demographics and its effect on Real Estate.
Book #1: How finance has become so important it affects everything, and how it must go through some major shifts.
